HEAR WHAT NEIGHBORS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT NEXTDOOR

“Before Nextdoor, I didn’t know there were several qualified babysitters living nearby and looking for work. It was easy to feel comfortable hiring my neighbor’s daughter to watch my son after school.” - Patrick, Mission East

“This year for Spring Cleaning, we wanted to sell old appliances, tools, clothing and electronics on Nextdoor For Sale & Free. In no time, our neighbors stopped by to make a deal and take things off our hands. It was easier than anything else, and it feels good knowing our old stuff has found a new home in the neighborhood.” - Dan, Hayes Valley

I like the app. but it's not fully accessible. there are times when I have to double click or triple click on certain text and items or links to get it to activate. also there are times when it'll just say button and I have no idea what it is and I don't want to click it not knowing if I'm going to like or dislike something that is unknown. also it tends to lag sometimes when changing location for instance I set up a new address and it's still reflects other old address even though I unfollow th

Hi neighbor, we're sorry for the frustrating experience. We'd like to take a closer look into this with you. When you get a chance, please get in touch with us, here: https://nxdr.co/apps. If you're able to share a screen recording of this happening, that would be helpful. We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue.

This app has some small annoyance every day, it seems. Like today, it underlines the last two letters of the word before an exclamation point or doesn't recognize some common emojis that it had no problem with before, and it bolds all the letters of a typed link EXCEPT one or two in the middle, making it look weird, like maybe it's not going to connect to the site, but it does. Just random, annoying things like that... and tomorrow, it will be something entirely different - but fine on desktop.

Don't use it much. Basically only open it the rare time I see an animal (a cat, generally) and want to see if it belongs to anyone. Wish you could put in two addresses. Some of my family members and I go between two households pretty consistently, but we only get to tap into one of the neighborhoods, which is pretty annoying. I'm not sure why that isn't an available feature, but it should be. Several of my friends also go between households, and would have this problem if they used nextdoor.
